Filling bags from a silo

When filling bags with flour from a silo, the bags move under the outflow valve of the silo. The moment a bag is located under this valve, the valve is opened for a fixed time and the bag is filled. We immediately see that the amount of flour that enters the bag depends on the speed of the flour through the valve. When the silo is full, the speed will be greater then when the silo is half full or almost empty. The amount of flour that ends up in each bag will be different. If a blockage occurs above the valve, the bag remains empty or is only partially filled. This is often not noticed immediately and action is taken too late. If feedback is provided in this process, whereby the weight of the bag determines the opening and closing of the valve (and moreover the transport of the bags, only when the valve is closed), then the aforementioned problems are immediately and automatically corrected.
